A woman and a baby sharing a close moment, with the woman leaning down and the baby touching her arm.

Breastfeeding is a complex, learned skill that two humans learn together simultaneously. Yes, it is natural. AND. It is often challenging, particularly in the beginning. Feeding your baby shouldn’t be painful, feel unsustainable, or feel like a detriment to your mental health. If feeding your baby is a struggle, trust your intuition, and reach out for help. You are not alone.

Let’s work on a solution together.

Home Visits

The first part of your breastfeeding journey can feel like an overwhelming, sleep deprived blur. Stay in your comfy clothes, and I’ll come to you! We will review you and your baby’s health history & birth story, your feeding goals, and any concerns you have. I’ll assess a feeding session, perform a weighed feed and an oral assessment of your babe, answer questions, and work together with you to create a customized feeding plan tailored to fit you and your baby’s needs, your goals, and your capacity.

Virtual support is available over our secure platform for all visit types from prenatal education to weaning.
